1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films.
- The item must show no signs of human-caused damage, alteration, or installation attempts.
- A valid proof of purchase (Order Number or Receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have already been installed or used.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper installation.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated).
- Customized or personalized products.
4. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@carsguyhub.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
- Shipping: Please pack the item securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the model you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
